Providers are the utility and telecom companies available to your customers for account connection.
Overview
Globally, Urjanet has integrations with thousands of utilities. Not all of these providers are suitable to every use case.
Urjanet organizes its providers into lists based on Solution. For a provider to be supported in a given solution, it must have the necessary capabilities to accomplish that task.
Identity Verification
These providers must have online billing support and provide the customer’s name and address on their invoices.
Solar
These providers must offer at least 12 months billing history in their online portal. Bills also must present the total kWh consumption for the given period.
Credit & Lending
These providers must display the billing & payment history for the customer in the online portal. This includes the total balance & date for bills, and the payment amount and date for payments.
Bill Payment
These providers must have online billing support and provide the service address, due date, total due, interval start date, and interval end date on their invoices.
Credit Building
These providers must display the billing & payment history for the customer in the online portal. This includes the total balance & date for bills, and the payment amount and date for payments.
Utility Cloud
These providers must display the account details, meter’s usages and charges, statement, and payment information.
